Welcome to DMRandevu. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our automated appointment booking services provided through Instagram. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DMRandevu provides an automated messaging assistant that helps users book appointments with participating salons via Instagram Direct Messages (DMs). The system interacts with users, records appointment preferences, and communicates them to the salon’s internal system or authorized personnel.

2. Eligibility

To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By using DMRandevu, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Service

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not use the service to send spam, offensive content, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (e.g., preferred date/time of appointment).

4. Data Collection and Privacy

By using our service, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary to operate the service, such as your Instagram user ID and the content of your messages sent to the salons.

5. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party providers such as Google Cloud and Redis to operate our service infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or limit access due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of appointments. We are not responsible for any missed bookings or miscommunications between the user and the salon.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMRandevu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
