DMRandevu provides an automated assistant that businesses use to answer their Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger messages. If you have messaged a business that uses DMRandevu, we store your conversation with that business on their behalf.
Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find DMRandevu, and choose Send Request to request data deletion. We process these automatically and immediately return a confirmation code and a status link.
Email info@lega.digital from the address associated with your account, or tell us the Instagram username you used to message the business. We complete these requests within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and we keep no backup copies of deleted user data.
